If you expect a delay in picking up your rental car, please inform us in advance. We offer a grace period of up to 2 hours after your scheduled pickup time. After this, your booking may be subject to availability or cancellation. 

 Yes, we offer a 2 hour grace for vehicle returns. If the vehicle is returned after the grace period, additional day rental charge will apply. 

All our vehicles are covered by full comprehensive insurance, which includes third-party liability. In the event of an accident, a police report is mandatory for insurance claims. Clients are responsible for any excess amount mentioned in the policy, typically QAR 1000 for small to mid size vehicles , Qrs 1,500 for large size vehicles and Qrs 2,500 for luxury segment. You can purhcase add on coverage to reduce the excess liability.

Visitors holding a valid national (home country) driving license may drive in Qatar for up to 7 days from entry.

If you're staying longer than one week, you must obtain an International Driving Permit (IDP) from your home country before arriving in Qatar.Once in Qatar, an IDP is valid for up to six months or until it expires—whichever comes first.

 Yes, you can rent a car without a credit card. In such cases, we require a security deposit of QAR 3,050 (approximately USD 840), which must be paid via debit card or cash deposit. The deposit will be refunded after 28 days to allow time for any traffic fines or violations to be reported. Any bank transfer or refund charges must be borne by the customer. If you choose to use a credit card, a hold (pre-authorization) will be placed on your card instead of collecting a deposit, and the amount held will depend on the vehicle category and the preauthorized amount will be released back into your account after deduction of any applicable charges, typically within 28–30 days depending on your bank.

 Fuel is not included in the rental price. Cars are provided with a full or partially full tank and must be returned at the same level. If the fuel level is lower upon return, the cost of refueling will be charged, along with a service fee.

Taking rental vehicles outside Qatar is not permitted under standard rental agreements due to insurance and regulatory limitations. For special cases like cross-border corporate assignments, written approval and additional insurance may be required.

In case of an accident, ensure everyone's safety and move to a safe location.Call the police (999) to file a report , they will advise whether a traffic officer will visit the site or instruct to take vehicle to the nearest police station inorder to complete report formalities .
